Delivery outside EU
Danish VAT (25%) is subtracted from the product price, but the delivery may be subject to local taxes and duties for which yogamii cannot be held responsible. In such cases, you will be contacted by the forwarder. It is your responsibility to be in contact with the forwarder and pay the potential extra cost required. Please note that this may delay the shipment, as the goods can be held up in customs.
Payments takes place via a secure connection (https). The entered data is encrypted and cannot be read by others. Credit card data is entered via a secure connection and is then sent via an encrypted connection to the server. We have no access to your credit card data.

Claims & Complaints
As a consumer, you have 2 years warranty. The warranty does not cover when errors or damages have occurred due to misuse, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear. You must make your claim within 2 weeks after you have found the error or defect. If the item is received damaged, please contact us as soon as detected.
Picture quality and colors/shades: Please note that there might be slight differences between colors on your computer or phone screen and the actual colors of the goods you receive.
We do, however, strive to make the photos as close to reality as possible.

Returns & Refunds
We ask you to cover the shipping cost for all returns and refunds unless you have received a faulty product.
We offer a full refund (excl. shipping cost) up to two weeks from delivery.
The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and packed neatly in original packaging. If this is not the case, we cannot accept your return.
