We aim to deliver as fast as possible! Handling and shipping within Denmark normally takes 2-5 working days. Within Europe it will usually take 5-7 working days. How long it takes to ship to the rest of the world depends on the specific country and the local import custom rules in effect.
Orders are shipped through GTX (GLS or DHL within Denmark and DHL within Europe). UPS is used when shipping to countries outside the EU.
If urgent delivery is needed or if you have any special requests, such as gift wrapping, personal notes, etc., please let us know by leaving a message in the text box when checking out. You are also more than welcome to send us an e-mail: email@example.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Standard shipping costs are applied on every order. Currently, the freight costs are EUR 8,- within Denmark and EUR 10,- within the EU depending on the weight of the package. Please note that during check out, the prices will only show in EUR.
If your package is handled by GLS, and you are not home to receive it, you will be able to pick it up it in a package shop near you. GLS will leave you a note with further instructions in your mailbox or send you an ams and/or email. DHL will contact you if you are not home the first time they try to deliver your package.
Shipping costs for outside EU will be calculated on basis of the destination.
Customs and VAT
Important information: During shopping the displayed product prices are incl. Danish VAT/taxes (25%). This is also the case when you are looking at Cart content. As soon as you check out and proceed to filling out Customer Information etc., the prices are displayed excl. VAT. Instead VAT (taxes) is applied along with the shipping costs. We are not adding any extra taxes than the Danish VAT (moms).
If you are ordering from a country within the EU, you will pay Danish VAT/taxes (but no duty) according to the rules of free movement of goods. If you are ordering from a country outside the EU, the shipment may be subject to local taxes and duties, for which Yogamii cannot be held responsible. On the other hand, Danish VAT is subtracted from the price, when you choose delivery to a non European country. Be aware that this may delay the shipment, as the goods can be held up in customs. It is your responsibility to contact the freight company and pay the extra costs inflicted, but we will of course provide the necessary information.
All payments are made in EUR and include 25% VAT/taxes (however, when shipping to countries outside the EU, the Danish VAT will be subtracted in the checkout process, as outlined above). Payments are handled by ePay.
When a payment is made with a credit card, the amount due for payment is completed when the order is handled and the package is shipped. The payment is deducted manually by Yogamii.
Payments take place via a secure connection (https). The entered data is encrypted and cannot be read by others. Credit card data is entered via a secure connection and is then sent via an encrypted connection to the server. We have no access to your credit card data. The 3 control digits, which are to be entered when paying with your credit card, are the last 3 digits on the backside of your card.

Warranty and Complaints
As a consumer, there is a 2 year warranty, which means that in case of any product error or defect, you have the right to either get it repaired, replaced or get your money back, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not apply, if the error or damage occurred due to misuse, lack of maintenance or is considered normal wear and tear. You must claim within reasonable time, which is set to be two months by Danish law, after you have identified any defects. If the item is damaged during shipment, please contact us right away.
Regarding photo quality and colours/shades, please be aware that there might be slight differences between colours on your computer screen and actual colours of the goods you receive. We do our best, however, to make the photos as true to real life as possible.
If you regret your purchase, you need to inform us within 30 days after receiving the package. A full refund is made if the item is in the same condition as when received and in original packaging. Once we have received and accepted the returned item, you can either choose to exchange it or get your money back. The return shipping is at your own expense.
If the product has any defects (holes etc.), if Yogamii ApS has made a shipping error or the reason of the return is somehow our fault, we will of course bear the return cost and refund the shipping expenses. So please keep the receipt for us, otherwise we are not able to cover the costs.
We are accountable for any item that is lost during shipment from us to you. Items that are lost during the return from you to us, we cannot be accountable for.
