Shipping & returns


We aim to deliver as fast as possible! Handling and shipping within Denmark normally takes 2-5 working days. Within Europe it will usually take 5-7 working days. How long it takes to ship to the rest of the world depends on the specific country and the local import custom rules in effect.

Shipping is handled by GTX (GLS within Denmark and DHL within Europe).
UPS is used when shipping to countries outside the EU.

If urgent delivery is needed or if you have any special requests, such as gift wrapping, personal notes, etc., please let us know by leaving a message in the text box when checking out. You are also more than welcome to send us an e-mail: We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Freight costs in Denmark
Standard shipping costs are applied on every order. Currently, shipping amounts to 6,- EUR within Denmark and 10 to 18,- EUR within Europe depending on the weight of the package. Please note that during check out, the prices will only show in EUR.

In Denmark, if your package is handled by GLS, and you are not home to receive it, you will be able to pick it up it in a package shop near you. GLS will leave you a note with further instructions in your mailbox or by sms and/or email. DHL will contact you in order to schedule the date and time for delivering the package, if you are not home the first time.

Shipping costs outside EU will be calculated on basis of the destination.


If you regret your purchase, you need to inform us within 30 days after receiving the package. A full refund is made if the item is in the same condition as when received and in original packaging. Once we have received and accepted the returned item, you can either choose to exchange it or get your money back. The return shipping is at your expense.

If Yogamii has made a shipping error or the reason of the return is somehow our fault, we will of course bear the return cost and refund the shipping expenses. This is also the case if the product has a defect. So please keep the shipping receipt for us, otherwise we are not able to cover the costs.

We are accountable for any item that is lost during shipment from us to you. Items that are lost during the return from you to us, we cannot be accountable for.
